Metso and Tamfelt signed on November 5, 2009 a combination agreement, whereby Metso and Tamfelt will combine their operations.
Metso made an exchange offer for all of the issued and outstanding shares and stock options in Tamfelt. All the conditions to completion of the exchange offer have now been fulfilled and Metso will complete the exchange offer in accordance with its terms and conditions.
